Nestled in the heart of Beirut, Sofitel is a charming gem that captivates families seeking warmth and comfort. During our stay, my family and I reveled in the welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. Our room, though cozy, boasted a partial sea view that added a touch of tranquility to our mornings. The meticulous attention to detail, from daily turn-down service to Lanvin amenities, truly elevated our experience. However, the proximity of our room to the housekeeping area was a minor inconvenience.The buffet breakfast was a delightful affair, offering a delectable array of dishes that pleased both young and mature palates. The staff's genuine hospitality extended to accommodating my late check-out request, which truly reflected their family-friendly approach. Moreover, the convenient location allowed for effortless exploration of Beirut's vibrant neighborhoods and attractions.While there were a few hiccups like the limited wardrobe hangers, the overall experience at Sofitel was exceptional. The pool provided a serene retreat after a day of adventure, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Despite the need for servicing the static bike, our family's stay was memorable, thanks to the hotel's dedication to ensuring a pleasant and inclusive environment for guests of all ages. We look forward to returning to Sofitel for another enriching family getaway.
